男子潛藏校園廁所 偷拍國小女童如廁 | 情慾犯罪 | 社會 | 聯合新聞網
一名張姓男子於4月2限量優惠商品5日中午潛藏於某國小廁所，用手機及平板電腦偷拍女童如廁過程，留存多位受害女童的如廁畫面與影片，因一名女童上廁所時機靈發現張男的手機黑影，才讓校方順利揪出張男的變態行為，新竹地檢署依違反兒童及少年性剝削防制條例、兒童及少年福利與權益保障法罪嫌，將張男提起網友一致推薦CP值爆表公訴。檢方調查，4月25日中午12點半，張男藏匿在某國小廁所內，同時以手機及平板電腦開啟攝影功能，從廁所隔間下方空隙由下往上偷拍4名女童如廁的隱私畫面，直到第5名女童在廁所內發現手機黑影，蹲低一看竟是有人偷拍，立即跑回教室告訴班導師，班導師衝進廁所，發覺張男反鎖在廁所內，等張自行走出，將他帶至警衛室，由值班警衛報警特惠周年慶處理。. } }); } 警方查扣張男的手機與平板電腦後，發現多個偷拍的攝影及照片檔案，皆為脫褲裸露臀部等身體隱私部位的鏡頭，實在不堪入目。檢方調查，被張男偷拍的國小女童都是未滿12歲，而張男拍下的照片，都是女童脫褲如廁的內容，足以引起羞恥、厭惡感而侵害性的道德感情，且侵害兒童的性隱私權，觸犯兒童及少年性剝削防制條例「拍攝兒童或少年為猥褻行為之影片」與兒童及少年福利與權益保障法「周年慶折扣成年人故意對少年犯無故以錄影竊錄他人非公開活動」等罪嫌，全案提起公訴。新竹地檢署。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
打造國家級平台 文化部推"公媒法"

為了打造國家級的文化傳播平台，文化部公布「公共媒體法」修法草案，未來的「大公廣集團」將涵蓋6大媒體，包括公視、華視、中央社、中央廣播電台、客家電視台和原住民族電視台。修法後會優先解決公共媒體的營運問題，也要積極辦理華視的民股買回。
公共媒體發展各界關注，但卻面臨資源不足缺乏整合，文化部公布「公共媒體法」修法草案，打造國家級的文化傳播平台，未來大公廣集團將涵蓋6大媒體，包括公視、華視、中央社、中央廣播電台、客家電視台和原住民族電視台。
現行的「公共電視法」將修正為「公共媒體法」，優先解決公共媒體營運問題，像是以文化發展基金，挹注公媒基金會營運。在媒體整合方面，除了進行央廣、中央社和公媒基金會的整合，也要積極辦理華視的民股買回。
另外像是，董事會人數調降，任期變長納入員工董事，董監事改由行政院長提名，立法院行使同意權，營運採執行長制，增設族群頻道等都是修法重點，修正草案最快在十二月底前行政院審查通過，提送立法院，預計明年六月立法院三讀通過，正式上路。
